READ THIS FIRST: I am aware that you can find the little willy in other places than the junkyard. stop commenting about that. Sort of a tutorial video of how to get into the Phil Collins concert arena in GTA Vice City Stories. to do this you need the little willy helicopter you can buy it or get one from the junkyard or other locations. I’m not sure if you need to beat the game to do this but everything is on the left island. get the little willy and fly to the stadium and then fly under the eave where I go. make sure you know the health cheat as you’ll need it b/c the heli might catch fire. then once you are in and if your heli is OK just fly down inside the stadium and the game will pause for a moment then you will see a tanish thing, this is the walkway tunnel where the mission kill phil is done. I do use a couple of codebreaker cheats for unlimited health and whatnot and to keep my vehicle from blowing up so if you do this trick, make sure you know the health cheat, up down left right circle circle L1 R1. I have uploaded this b/c there isn’t any clear enough videos of this on here the few that were on here were made with cell phones. Cmon people get a real camera. If it is glitchy for you, the best way to bypass this with no problems is switch to mode 6, hold UP on the D Pad until both 3 and 4 lights blink rapidly, then change the speed to 6 aswell, then hold up until both lights stop blinking and player 3 light stays lit. That is the fastest setting for FAL and Pistols that i have had no problems with. When customizing modes 6-8 you can hold down L1 or R1 and the number of blinks (Player 4 being L1 and Plater 3 being R1) Indicates how many speeds (up or down) you have changed. The set of blinks after you release R1 or L1 tells you what speed you are currently on. Refer to the website for more information. Also, when i said 25-300 shots per second, i meant per minute.
